ÉGALITÉ opened its doors in the heart of Milan in 2018, born from a simple yet revolutionary idea: to unite French mastery of bread with Italian excellence in taste and hospitality.

From the very beginning, the project stood out for its refined and ironic tone — think of the revolutionary portraits decorating our walls, such as our iconic Napoleon holding a baguette.
